Role Overview

TinySlash is hiring Software Engineering Interns for a 6-month remote internship. This role is intended for candidates interested in software development and who are seeking structured, hands-on experience contributing to a live web application.

This posting is for one internship role with responsibilities across frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web application features
• Work on frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Support backend development tasks such as API integration and data handling
• Write clean, readable, and testable code
• Fix bugs and assist in performance improvements
• Collaborate with team members through code reviews and discussions

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of programming using Java or JavaScript
• Understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, HTTP, APIs)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL is acceptable)
• Experience using Git or any version control system
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Candidates legally eligible to work as interns from their location
