Software Engineer Intern

Company Description

Tenon10 is a Canadian AI-native property management platform built for the Ontario rental market. We automate rent collection, lease management, compliance, and tenant communication — powered by our AI copilot, Keya. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Toronto, we're building the operating system for rental property management in North America. We're a bootstrapped, fast-growing startup looking for founding team members from India to help us scale.

Role Description

You will build and ship new product features across our web and mobile platforms using Next.js, React Native, and Supabase. You will work with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate your output and write clean, production-ready code that ships to real customers. You will collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities with no layers of management. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.

This is not a training exercise — your code goes to production from week one. We move fast and ship daily.

This is a 6-month, full-time, on-site internship based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. ₹20,000/month stipend with PF. PPO up to ₹40,000/month based on performance. Mac Mini provided. Work directly with the CEO in a founding-team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Comfortable working with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Eagerness to learn and ship fast — we value speed and initiative over credentials
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience building projects using AI tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Supabase
