Role: Software Engineering Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Research, test, and implement AI-powered workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com, LangChain, etc.).
- Design and automate internal workflows to improve efficiency across different functions.
- Assist in integrating APIs and data sources into workflows for seamless automation.
- Document workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing AI workflows.
- Explore emerging AI tools and propose innovative use cases for the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, ops, marketing) to identify areas for automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow tools.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Familiarity with one or more automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to experiment and learn new tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API).
- Exposure to databases and data pipelines.
- Understanding of workflow optimization or process automation in a business context.
