Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to modern software development practices. The internship duration will be for six months.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Learn and apply industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and data structures.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks such as React.js and Django.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills and Expertise:

• Experience with web development frameworks or mobile application development.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Exposure to APIs, REST services, and modern development tools.
• Personal, academic, or open-source projects demonstrating coding skills.
