Description
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design and deliver agentic AI solutions that leverage retrievalaugmented generation (RAG), enterprise copilots, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, semantic search, AI agents, and cloud platforms, with handson experience in building intelligent workflows that transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Implement retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent document and knowledge retrieval.
- Design and deploy AI agents and copilots (including MS Copilot integrations) to enable conversational analytics and enterprise automation.
- Build endtoend AI data pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, vector search, inference execution, and persistence of results.
- Develop semantic search and intelligent retrieval solutions using vector databases and embeddings.
- Enable natural language interfaces for analytics and decision intelligence through AIpowered conversational layers.
- Integrate LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into AIenabled solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong experience in SQL and data engineering.
- Programming expertise in Python for AI/agent workflows.
Handson experience with:
- LLM APIs & Prompt Engineering
- Embeddings & Vector Databases
- RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic AI architectures (Copilot, Chatbot frameworks, MCP)
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI copilots, enterprise chatbots, or agentic AI systems.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow.
- Understanding of AI model evaluation techniques and continuous improvement practices.
