Job Title: Software Engineer (SE) – Android Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Android Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications using Kotlin. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android development, RESTful Web API integration, modern Android architecture, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Backend Developers.
• Integrate RESTful Web APIs and third-party services into Android applications.
• Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs and ensure optimal application performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and network operations.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Stay updated with emerging Android technologies and industry trends.
• Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
• 3-4 years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
• Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful Web APIs.
• Experience with MVVM Architecture and Android Jetpack components.
• Experience with JSON parsing and API consumption.
• Experience with Git version control.

• Unit Testing using JUnit
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with modular Android applications and Clean Architecture.
