Job Title: Software Engineer (SE) – Android Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Android Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications using Kotlin. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android development, RESTful Web API integration, modern Android architecture, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Backend Developers.
- Integrate RESTful Web APIs and third-party services into Android applications.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs and ensure optimal application performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and network operations.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
- Stay updated with emerging Android technologies and industry trends.
- Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful Web APIs.
- Experience with MVVM Architecture and Android Jetpack components.
- Experience with JSON parsing and API consumption.
- Experience with Git version control.

- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
