Software Engineer in Test

Role: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Hyderabad- Work from office

Role Overview:

We are looking for an SDET who can meet SDE-level coding standards and has strong expertise in Java, DSA, testing, and automation. The role involves building production-quality test frameworks, automation pipelines, and testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
• Write production-quality code using Java.
• Solve complex problems using Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Automate functional, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Build automation pipelines and testing tools within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Collaborate with SDEs, QA, and other engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Java coding skills.
• Strong DSA / Problem Solving / Algorithms – SDE-level coding bar.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Test Planning & Testing Processes.
• Experience with API, UI, and/or integration testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Preferred

• SDE development background with testing/automation experience.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automation pipelines.

Experience working in large-scale/cloud environments.
