Job Title: SDET-QA (WebdiverIO)

Work Mode: Hybrid ( 3 days WFO )
Work Location: Chennai/Mumbai/Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of test automation strategy and execution across API, app, and UI layers.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and UX teams; participate in daily stand-ups and QA planning.
- Automate complex stateful API and UI workflows, including authentication, session management, and webhooks.
- Design tests that address OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and prevent potential exploits.
- Automate testing for hybrid and native mobile applications.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of WebdriverIO, preferably with the Mocha framework.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Appium framework.
- Expertise in API automation using any JavaScript library.
- Strong experience with Appium, JavaScript, NodeJS, Mocha, WebdriverIO (3+ years).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, and Figma for ticket management and requirement validation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work primarily in AEST timezone.
