Software Engineer in React

Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in a global, agile team developing complex applications with very large data sets using tools such as AG Grid, and High charts
• Development and enhancement of our SaaS web application, public APIs, and internal systems
• Automated testing, and ensuring high quality features for our clients using tools such as Cypress
• Review areas for further improvements in performance, stability and scalability
• Keeping up to date with the latest development trends & current best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of web development experience
• Strong skills with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, and UI patterns
• Solid experience with responsive layouts
• Ability to quickly create prototypes
• Competent using version control with Git, & Git Flow
• Experience working with data driven applications (charting and data presentation)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with experience in operational support and escalation
• Experience with automated testing / unit testing
• Ability to work independently while proactively supporting team goals

Good to have:

• Experience with C#, .NET 4.5+ - ideally .NET core
• Knowledge of financial markets & security trading
• JIRA
• Working in a distributed Agile team environment
• SQL database skills, including SQL Server
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
