Position Overview:
As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative applications and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using Java and JavaScript technologies.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and test software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and propose improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript programming languages.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks (e.g., Spring, React, Node.js).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Data Pipelines with Kafka knowledge a plus
- Experience with Event based architecture is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
