Software Engineer III

Key Deliverables:

• Design and develop high-quality software, promoting re-use and ease of support
• Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures due to software code errors
• Identify and implement process improvements in Engineering practices
• Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to meet functional/nonfunctional requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement software mechanisms to improve stability, performance, and reusability
• Lead and participate in code review sessions
• Develop and improve test-driven development while producing software
• Create high-quality documentation (e.g., functional specifications, test plans, and integration test specs)
• Apply Agile principles and improve the tools used in development
