Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 
  • Manage and improve software systems and infrastructure as per project requirements. 
  • Validation & Testing 
  • Develop and implement software validation and testing procedures to ensure quality and performance. 
  • Perform bug identification and resolution during development and testing phases. 
  • Project Management & Collaboration 
  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance, and support teams. 
  • Work closely with clients and internal departments to provide project updates and technical proposals. 
  • Documentation & Communication 
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation. 
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, and challenges effectively to internal stakeholders. 
  • Data Analysis & System Optimization 
  • Analyze data to coordinate new installations or modifications to existing systems. 
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. 
  • Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement 
  • Create innovative software solutions to meet technical and business objectives. 
  • Contribute to shaping the future of internal systems and platforms. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 
  • Strong foundational knowledge of programming principles and software engineering practices. 
  • Exposure to or experience with software testing methodologies and lifecycle management. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply mathematical and statistical methods. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
