Role Overview

Join our Digital & Technology team as a Software Engineer II and help build scalable, high-performance business solutions used globally . You'll work with cross-functional teams, lead technical designs, and own delivery end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Design, build & maintain enterprise-grade applications

• Own complex technical designs & implementations

• Drive production issue resolution within SLAs

• Lead technical initiatives & adopt new technologies

• Champion code quality, best practices & reviews

• Mentor team members & drive continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)

Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)
7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong expertise in:

• Python, C#, ASP.NET / MVC, REST APIs

• JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)

• Databases (MSSQL / NoSQL), SSIS

• DevOps & CI/CD, testing frameworks
  Strong Agile/Scrum experience
  Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  Passion for learning & emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Graduation in Computer Science
Exposure to Cloud (GCP / Azure)
Experience with Blazor, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CoPilot
Containers, Next.js, Tableau knowledge
Leadership mindset & mentoring experience
