Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI agentic and platform components including Agents, MCPs for MSEC products
• Contribute to HLD and LLD and use AI to structure and write complex platform code without compromising on security, quality or velocity
• E2E software engineering including development, deployment, testing and maintenance
• Passion for solving complex platform challenges especially agent development and ability to think big, scale fast and aggressively deliver
  
  

Qualifications

BTECH/BE or equivalent from reputed engineering college with 3+ years of relevant experience..

• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, data storage, and service reliability.
• Coding expertise in backend programming (Java/Python/.Net or similar)
• Experience operating services at enterprise scale with solid SLO and reliability requirements.
• Solid understanding of APIs, service contracts, authentication, authorization, and security principles.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives spanning multiple organizations.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures and highly available services.
• Experience with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, agents, orchestration frameworks, or developer platforms. (Additional Good to have)
  
  

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
