Software Engineer II - Global Payroll

Key Deliverables:

1. Profile and tune performance for the global payroll platform, ensuring scalability for processing and paying hundreds of thousands of employees.
2. Design and implement frameworks for orchestrating complex workflows and point-in-time changes.
3. Contribute to the solution for bitemporal data modeling.
4. Ship moderate to large features and improvements with minimal guidance, ensuring quality and reliability at scale.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Build solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and high-quality to meet growing business needs.
2. Collaborate across teams, including engineering, ops, and support, to improve workflows and support systems.
