We're seeking a Software Engineer II (Full Stack) to join our data & integrations team. The ideal candidate can independently deliver small to medium features end-to-end, from technical design through production rollout, across frontend and backend. You'll work on projects such as integrations with Marketo, data APIs & workflows and analytics behind these experiences, with guidance from senior engineers when needed.
- Deliver small to medium features across frontend and backend, from implementation through production rollout
- Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for our Admin & Integrations app
- Build and evolve backend services and APIs that power the integrations app
- Collaborate with PMs and Designers to deliver excellent user experiences and clear product outcomes
- Identify and fix issues across the stack, including debugging client, API, and database problems
- Improve performance across the stack, including client performance, API latency, and database efficiency
- Contribute to reliability through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD improvements
- Maintain strong security practices (auth, data handling, dependencies, and secure coding)
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high code quality standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, BITs or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of professional experience building and shipping web products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue preferred)
- Strong fundamentals in HTML/CSS, and experience with utility-first CSS (Tailwind preferred)
- Experience building backend APIs (REST) and integrating them with frontend applications
- Experience with at least one backend language/framework (Python, Golang, Java or similar)
- Working knowledge of databases and data modeling (Postgres preferred), including migrations basics
- Experience with testing practices (unit/integration, and familiarity with end-to-end testing)
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
