Role Snapshot

As a Software Engineer II, you'll design, build & own scalable enterprise applications, working closely with global teams and driving technical excellence end-to-end .

Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop high-performance applications

• Own complex technical designs & architecture decisions

• Resolve critical production issues within SLAs

• Drive adoption of new technologies & best practices

• Ensure code quality, reviews & standards

• Mentor developers & enable continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)

Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)
7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong experience in:

• Python, C#, ASP.NET / MVC

• REST APIs & JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)

• Databases (MSSQL / NoSQL), SSIS

• DevOps, CI/CD & testing frameworks
  Solid Agile/Scrum experience
  Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  Passion for learning & modern tech

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Degree in Computer Science
Exposure to Cloud (GCP / Azure)
Experience with Blazor, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CoPilot
Containers, Next.js, Tableau
Mentoring or technical leadership exposure
