Position: Software Engineer II

Job Description:

We're excited to be hiring in Bangalore for the Genus AI team. We're looking for engineers with a strong background in Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and RAG with 0-15 years of experience. The Genus AI team is working on new, cutting-edge AI solutions for debug, analysis, and PPA. Looking forward to hiring candidates who are interested in driving and defining the next generation Genus AI product roadmap.

Education & Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or Master of Engineering degree with hands-on AI programming experience

• Deep Experience of developing Agentic AI in a framework like LangGraph, OpenCode, Crew, etc

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Proficiency in SKILL based development

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) is highly desirable

• Strong Python programming skills

• Strong computer science fundamentals of data structures, algorithms

• Strong C/C++ development skills is desirable, but optional

• Passionate to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis, problem-solving, and debugging skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills, should be a quick learner and a team player
