We're seeking a Software Engineer II to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will be able to independently deliver medium to large features end-to-end, from design to production rollout. You'll be working on exciting projects such as improving our event timeline functionality, enhancing our clip customization features, and developing new pricing tier implementations.
- Ability to independently deliver medium/large features with ambiguous requirements
- Strong engineering design skills with the ability to write and review design documents
- Experience in video processing & AI/ML is a plus
- Good understanding of production systems and effective debugging skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, QA, and other stakeholders
- Experience in participating in code reviews, on-call rotations, and mentoring junior engineers
- Capability to take ownership of a small area of the product
- Familiarity with technologies like React, Java, Python, or Go, and cloud environments such as AWS
- Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong academic background preferably from top tier IITs/NITs
