Who We're Looking For
A technologydriven professional who will own the design, development, and support of our highlyscalable telecomdomain automation platform. You will work sidebyside with a tightknit, highperforming engineering team and collaborate closely with USbased Project SMEs and product managers. The role demands strong
Automation Anywhereexpertise, solid
Java development skills, deep experience with
Oracle databases, and
handson API design & integration experience. Familiarity with
SpringBoot and
Apache Camel is required for secondary tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy endtoend automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Java, Oracle, and REST/SOAP APIs in an Agile environment.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable API services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and integration routes (SpringBoot, Camel).
- Implement and document assigned work items per project schedule, delivering clean, welltested code and comprehensive unit tests.
- Drive crossfunctional initiatives to deliver businessperformance solutions, leveraging Spring, SpringBoot, and Camel where appropriate.
- Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using Jenkins/Groovy scripts and containerization (Docker) when applicable.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skill Set (Primary)
- Automation Anywhere - Advanced level with 3+ years experience in RPA design, development, and bot lifecycle management
- Java / J2EE - Advanced level with 3+ years experience in core Java, concurrency, and streams
- Oracle - Advanced level with 3+ years experience in SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and schema design
- API Development & Integration - Mandatory 3+ years experience with REST, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, XML, and security
- Agile/Scrum - Practical experience with Sprint planning, story grooming, and retrospectives
- CI/CD - Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Groovy pipelines
- Version Control - Proficient in Git
Secondary Skill Set (Nice-to-Have)
- Spring Boot / Spring Framework - Working knowledge of IOC, MVC, Data JPA, and JDBC
- Apache Camel - Working knowledge of routing and EIP patterns
- Docker / Containerization - Familiar with containerization concepts
- Telecom domain knowledge - Advantageous experience with number porting and provisioning
- Message Queues - Familiar with ActiveMQ and JMS
- RPA tools - Plus to have experience with UiPath or Blue Prism
- Web-Service Security - Familiar with WS-Security, OAuth2, and JWT

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
