Job Title: Software Developer (Full Stack) - C# & React

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer (1-2 years) to build and maintain web applications using C#/.NET on the backend and React on the frontend. The role involves developing new features end-to-end, integrating APIs, working with MS SQL and NoSQL databases, and leveraging GenAI tools/techniques to improve productivity and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using C# (.NET / .NET Core) (REST APIs, business logic, integrations).

  • Build responsive UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Design, write, and optimize queries/stored procedures in MS SQL Server.

  • Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB/Cosmos DB/DynamoDB) for appropriate use cases.

  • Integrate frontend with backend APIs handle authentication/authorization and data validation.

  • Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

  • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features in agile sprints.

  • Use GenAI responsibly for tasks like code assistance, summarization, test generation, and/or building GenAI-enabled features (prompting, embeddings, API-based LLM integration).

  • Troubleshoot production issues, fix bugs, and improve performance and reliability.

Required Skills

  • C# with strong fundamentals (OOP, collections, async/await basics, error handling).

  • React fundamentals (components, hooks, state management, routing).

  • Database skills:

    • MS SQL Server (SQL queries, joins, indexing basics).

    • NoSQL concepts (documents/collections, partitioning basics).

  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and basic security practices.

  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

  • Exposure to GenAI (using tools like GitHub Copilot/ChatGPT OR integrating LLM APIs prompt basics and responsible usage).

Good to Have (Preferred)

  • .NET Web API, Entity Framework / Dapper experience.

  • TypeScript, Redux/Zustand, React Query.

  • Basic cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines.

  • Docker basics.

  • Knowledge of design patterns and clean code practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1-2 years of software development experience (internships/projects count).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
