TheApplication Engineeris responsible for configuring, enhancing, andmaintainingcriticalapplicationsso they are reliable,scalableand compliant. The roleleverages theirexpertunderstanding oftechnical solutions to optimizeprocesses and improvethe organizationalproductivity and efficiency.

This positionreports to theSmart Manufacturing System Ownerandis part of theEnterprise Applications TeamlocatedinBengaluru, Indiaand will beanon-siterole.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provideexpert guidance on the use and utilization of critical enterpriseapplications

• Configure andoptimizeenterprise applications for business processes

• Improve system performance, usability, adoption and maximize value from applications

• Assistwithapplication integrationsbetweenother systems to ensureprocesses areappropriateanddata integrityis preserved betweensystems of record

• Act as the Service Desk escalationpointto troubleshoot, resolve, andstandardize work to prevent the re-occurrenceof application issues

• Work with Business Owners, SystemOwnersand Business Analysts to developand documentrequirements,configuration updates, featurereviewsandenhancements

• Executein accordance withindustry best practices for security, compliance, readiness, performance,scalabilityand userexperience

• Collaborate withglobal and localcross-functional teams totranslate requirements anddeliver impactful solutions

• Contribute to Agile/Scrumactivities learning toestimate effort and deliverchangeswithinsprint timeframes and commitments

• Conduct functional and UATtestingasrequired

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education:A bachelor's degreeinMIS, Business,ComputerScienceor a related field

• Experience:2to5 years of experience inApplication Engineering(to include advanced support and system administration)

• ExperiencewithEnterprise Applications.

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

• Smart Manufacturing Applications such as LIMS,eQMS, and MES

• Experience in regulated environments, preferably SOX,FDAand GMP

• Highly collaborativewithsuccess in a matrixed and globally distributed environment
