Job Summary:

As a Software Engineer, you are expected to design, build, deliver, and improve features on a system that spans a diverse tech landscape, striking a balance between business priorities and the technical vision of the organization. The coolest part of this role is the ability to own the future of products, ensure quality and longevity, and see the results of your efforts in people's everyday lives.

What you will do:

• Participate in design, code, sprint planning, solutions, and delivery of features alongside other engineers
• Evangelize clean coding practices and ensure that the delivery meets our quality benchmarks
• Work across a diverse tech landscape, thus expanding the breadth of knowledge and having an opportunity to go in-depth in an area of your choice
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Design team, and Engineering team
• Go beyond the obvious, go in-depth, as with scale many things are beyond obvious reasoning
• Be part of a team that values continuous learning and pushes the boundaries to improve individually and collectively

What you will need to be successful:

• B.Tech. / B.E. degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree/experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using Golang
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience working with an Agile cross-functional team
• Good knowledge of any databases
• Passion for learning new things and solving challenging problems
• Willingness to give and take feedback, learn, and improve
