Job Description
M365 + Mural Support Engineer
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and Mural collaboration platform.
- Troubleshoot user access, authentication, collaboration, sharing, sync, and application-related issues.
- Monitor incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Coordinate with L3 teams, Microsoft, and Mural support for complex issues and escalations.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
