Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8/11/17).
• Expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices architecture.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful/REST APIs.
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka / messaging systems or AWS/Azure is must
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of distributed systems and high-availability applications.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services domain (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, encryption standards).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of logging & monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Grafana).
