Description
Infor's CTS Tooling team to build scalable developer tooling, automation systems, and cloud-native services using Go, React, and AWS. Work across the full stack — backend, frontend, and infrastructure — while also contributing to AI-powered.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Design and develop backend services and CLI tooling in Go, integrating AI/LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines and document generation workflows
- Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript to support AI-powered product experiences
- Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources, including container services and managed AI platforms
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and daily stand-ups to ensure software quality and share knowledge across the team
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues across the full stack — frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Support deployment activities, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization
- Document technical decisions, processes, and best practices to contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) with a strong understanding of concurrency patterns, interfaces, error handling, and module management
- Experience building modern, component-based frontend applications with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures
- Hands-on experience with AWS services — particularly ECS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and Bedrock or similar managed AI services
- Experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tools for provisioning cloud resources
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code review practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration patterns — RAG architectures, vector stores, embedding models, or prompt engineering
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal or AWS Step Functions
- Bonus points for experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerized deployments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Bonus points for knowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library, along with state management patterns
- Any combination of experience with event-driven architectures, WebSockets, or real-time streaming
