Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Software Developer with 4+ years of experience in either Python or Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, experience working with modern development practices, and the ability to review and improve AI-generated code efficiently. You will work closely with the team to build scalable systems, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure high code quality across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and optimise AI-generated code.
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Take ownership of your code or module and manage end-to-end delivery.
  • Conduct production bug analysis and fix.
  • Follow backend development best practices for clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Contribute to system architecture planning and technical design discussions.
  • Understand and work with AI-assisted / vibe coding workflows.
  • Debug, test, and improve application performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Write reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in either Python or Node.js .
  • Experience with Python frameworks like Django or FastAPI, or Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
  • Good understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
  • Understanding of coding standards, best practices, and code review processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and vibe coding concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of databases, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good To Have

  • Experience working with AI/ML-based products.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  • Frontend development understanding.
  • Experience in scalable SaaS product development.
