About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, system architecture, and modern development practices, along with the ability to review and optimize AI-generated code efficiently.

You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Lead architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Follow Python and Node.js framework best practices for clean and maintainable code
• Work with AI-assisted/vibe coding workflows
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Python and/or Node.js development
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, Express.js, or NestJS
• Strong understanding of coding standards, best practices, and code review processes
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and cloud-based applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and vibe coding concepts
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

• Experience working with AI/ML-based products
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Frontend development understanding
• Experience building scalable SaaS products
