What You'll Do At Pega

• Leverage best in class GenAI technology to develop Pega Platform GenAI capabilities
• Work with ML engineers to integrate Harness that powers Pega's Agents and AI Assistant that helps Pega Developers to build Pega Rules
• Implement solutions by leveraging the strong build in capabilities in Pega platform
• Contribute to GenAI Evaluations, Observability and Guardrailing capabilities

What You've Accomplished

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 2–4 years of Pega software development experience
• CSA and CSSA certified
• Knowledge in Java/J2EE will be an added advantage
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
• Experience using the following: Relational Databases (Oracle, Postgres), SQL, JSP, OOPS experience
