- Education
- Must Bachelors degree/Equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications or IT field.
- Professional Experience
- Must - Minimum of 2-3 years in telecommunications or IT industry
- Must - Experience in AI use case development ( GenAI, AI Agent..)
- Must - Good knowledge in LLM
- Must - Experience in Agentic AI use case development- using Langraph, other framework.
- Must - Strong knowledge of SDLS principles, LLM archicture, AI application development ( end to end, from POC to Production grade), deployment,
- Technical, Systems
- Must - Knowledge of following tools Architecture and Design: SDLC fareworm, Langraph, Langmisth, LLM output evaluation, observibility, multi agent design and development
- Nice to have - AIOPs, Elastic Search, Devops, Security assessment
- Soft skills
- Must - Creative and innovative
- Must - Autonomous and agile in unknown environments
- Must - Objective and result driven.
- Must - Business focus
- Must - Team-working and multi-cultural working
- Must - English fluent
