Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Build clean, reusable, and optimized code with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Integrate and maintain WhatsApp Business API solutions, including messaging workflows, automation, and third-party API integrations.
• Implement and manage Instagram DM automation workflows for creator and brand communication use cases.
• Work with Gupshup APIs for messaging automation, chatbot integration, and communication workflows.
• Configure and manage applications through Meta App / Facebook Developers Console, including permissions, webhooks, tokens, and app integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Write efficient algorithms and optimize application performance using strong DSA fundamentals.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and version control workflows.
• Contribute to AI-powered features or products by leveraging modern AI frameworks where applicable.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Experience building REST APIs and full-stack web applications
• Hands-on experience integrating and working with the WhatsApp Business API
• Working knowledge of Instagram DM automation
• Experience with Gupshup APIs and messaging platforms
• Familiarity with Meta App / Facebook Developers Console, including app setup, webhook configuration, and API permissions
• Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
• Experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-driven projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• BCA + MCA candidates are also eligible
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
