The OpportunityWe are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer who views the browser as an experience, not just a layout. In this role, you will do more than translate wireframes into components; you will be the primary advocate for the user. You will own entire pages and features, identifying UX bottlenecks before a single line of code is written and ensuring every interaction is measured and optimized.
We are looking for builders who are obsessed with quality and performance. Whether you are an experienced dev or a talented fresher, we value your ability to think critically about design and your drive to build scalable, automated frontends.
Key Responsibilities- Design Partnership & Advocacy: Take full ownership of UI designs. You are expected to critique workflows and call out potential user experience friction or technical bottlenecks during the design phase.
- Feature Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle of a page—from architecture and state management to final polish and deployment.
- Modern React Development: Build modular, high-performance web applications using the React ecosystem.
- Automated Quality: Implement Playwright and other automation frameworks to ensure your features are bulletproof across different environments.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Set up and execute A/B tests to validate design hypotheses and drive product growth.
- Instrumentation: Write highly instrumentable code, ensuring that every user journey is traceable and that we have the data needed to make informed decisions.
What We're Looking For- React Proficiency: A strong grasp of React frameworks, hooks, and modern frontend architecture.
- UX Intuition: An eye for detail and the ability to articulate why a design works (or why it doesn't).
- Automation Mindset: Experience with or a strong desire to learn E2E testing tools like Playwright.
- Clean & Measurable Code: A commitment to writing code that is easy to read, easy to test, and ready for analytics integration.
- Adaptability: Open to fresh graduates who can demonstrate a deep understanding of web fundamentals and a portfolio of functional, well-architected projects.
Why This Role- This is a unique environment where the frontend isn't just the UI—it's the engine of our product. You will have the seat at the table to influence design decisions and the technical freedom to build a world-class automation and testing suite from the ground up.
