Software Engineer

Exp- 8+Yrs in Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities:

· Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practices

· Gather and understand requirements from clients

· Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes

· Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions

· Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite Implementations

· Install and Configure ServiceNow infrastructure environment

· Assist in designing, developing and product demonstration of product

· Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators

· Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements

· Design and configure user experiences using ServiceNow Next Experience, UI Builder, and Workspace technologies

· Apply ServiceNow UX standards, personas, and design patterns consistently across modules

· Configure and maintain:

o UI Policies

o Client Scripts

o Catalog UI elements

o Workspaces and configurable components

· Partner with engineers and product teams to ensure UX aligns with platform architecture and CSDM where applicable

· Ensure designs meet accessibility, performance, and upgrade-safe standards

· Contribute to platform UX guidelines and reusable design components

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related technical field

· 5+ years hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM products

· 5+ experience developing with ServiceNow software suite

· Experience in upgrades to ServiceNow

· ITIL 3V Foundation Certified

· Knowledge and experience with web development ( HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTP)

· Knowledge of major task, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new enhances applications

· Experience with IT Service Management, service desk, asset management, incident management and change management via ServiceNow is preferred

· Experience setting up ServiceNow Catalogs

· Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills

· Strong experience with:

o ServiceNow Next Experience

o UI Builder and Workspaces

o Client-side scripting (JavaScript)

· Understanding of configure vs. customize principles in ServiceNow
