Teragonia is building modern cloud-native products and is looking for exceptional Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about building software, solving difficult technical problems, and continuously improving their craft.

This is not a maintenance-heavy role. This is an opportunity to build, architect, and scale products in a high-ownership engineering environment where strong technical contributors have a direct impact on product direction and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Build, contribute to, and own full-stack features in a cloud-native Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready software across frontend and backend systems.
• Work with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Contribute to platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices.
• Ship high-quality code with speed, clarity, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across global locations.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Build scalable systems that support business growth and evolving customer requirements.
• Take ownership of features from ideation through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Help improve engineering processes, development workflows, and code quality standards.

You do not need deep expertise in every technology listed above. Strong alignment with the core stack and the ability to learn quickly are far more important.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

We are hiring true builders — engineers who actively write software beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.

You should be able to demonstrate ongoing technical curiosity and continuous learning through one or more of the following:

• Public GitHub repositories with meaningful commit history
• Personal applications, tools, frameworks, or side projects
• Open source contributions
• Kaggle competitions
• Technical blogs or engineering write-ups
• LeetCode or Codeforces activity
• Private projects that you can discuss during interviews

A demonstrated history of building software is a core requirement for this role.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience building modern web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript development.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and scalable backend services.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containers, or microservices is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
