Software engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and services for application integration.
• Develop and deploy microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Follow best practices in coding standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (8+).
• Proven expertise in Spring Boot framework for building microservices and applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development & integration.
• Experience in designing and deploying microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
