About the Role
As a Founding Engineer, you'll work across the product and infrastructure as the company scales. One week might involve improving the real-time voice pipeline, while the next could involve backend systems, evaluation tooling, or customer-facing work. You'll have broad ownership over what you build, with the opportunity to work across the stack and solve technically demanding problems around live conversations and tight latency constraints.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to take projects end to end.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage startup environment.
- Strong interest in technically challenging systems and real-time applications.
- Willingness to work across different parts of the stack and learn quickly.
- Experience with Voice AI, real-time systems, backend infrastructure, or AI agents is a strong plus.
