What you'll do
We are looking for a Software Engineer with a blend of back and front-end experience to join our Platform and Integrations team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the services that power our customer-facing features and next-generation integration solutions. You will work within a high-performing agile team to deliver SaaS products that are reliable, secure, and deeply integrated with modern AI frameworks. We value ownership, technical curiosity, and a focus on quality-driven development.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end features using C#, Node.js, or Python
- Implement Agentic capabilities that allow our platform to interact intelligently and reliably with LLMs
- Build and optimize MCP-based connectors to ensure seamless data flow between customer environments and AI models
- Ensure code health through continuous refactoring and proactive management of technical debt
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
- Write comprehensive automated tests to maintain a high bar for software quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's technical documentation
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- A Computer Science degree or a related technical field
- Professional experience coding in an OO programming language (C#, Node.js, or Python preferred)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs in a distributed system
- Experience implementing deterministic logic within AI-driven features
- Ability to develop and maintain MCP servers to connect enterprise data with LLMs
- Experience with git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment (containers/Kubernetes)
Preferred
- Strong unit testing and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
