About the Role
We are looking for a talented and product-focused Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable SaaS/PaaS applications and AI-powered solutions.
You will work across our technology platform, developing secure web applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, real-time communication systems, and AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who enjoys building products from concept through production.
What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade software applications.
• Build scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Develop modern, responsive web applications and dashboards.
• Build and maintain SaaS/PaaS architecture supporting multiple organizations and users.
• Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, webhooks, and external services.
• Work with AI/LLM services and incorporate AI capabilities into production applications.
• Develop real-time communication features involving voice, SMS, chat, notifications, and related workflows.
• Design and optimize relational databases and data models.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and tenant isolation.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Build reliable logging, monitoring, and error-handling systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.
• Maintain high standards for application security, reliability, and data privacy.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• .2–5+ years of professional software development experience
• .Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• .Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies
• .Backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, or comparable frameworks
• .Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API integrations
• .Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• .Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization
• .Experience with Git-based development workflows
• .Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• .Understanding of software architecture, data structures, design patterns, and scalable application development
• .Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
