Software Engineer, CX <> NiCE

Key Deliverables

• Design and implement robust backend services using Java to support high-traffic CX applications.
• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and Angular to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of the NiCE platform.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and iterative improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven professional experience in full-stack development using Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Pune.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native development and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with state management libraries and modern build tools.
• Prior experience working within a Customer Experience (CX) or SaaS product domain.
• Understanding of database design and optimization for high-performance applications.
