Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Implement and optimize database solutions using Cosmos DB and Mongo DB to ensure high performance and reliability.
Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting ensuring system stability and optimal user experience.
Deploy and manage applications on Azure leveraging cloud-native services to enhance scalability and resilience.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and operational procedures.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all developed features.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful software solutions that drive business growth and improve societal outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with a proven track record of developing robust and scalable applications.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with microservices architecture ensuring seamless integration and high availability.
Have in-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services including deployment monitoring and optimization.
Showcase proficiency in working with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and Mongo DB ensuring efficient data management.
Exhibit experience in using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Bring a solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating in agile teams.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges ensuring project success.
