Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python for building scalable backend services and automation.
- Infrastructure & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Data Management: Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
- Generative AI: Experience building applications using Generative AI technologies, including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, or autonomous AI agents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Domain Expertise: Domain knowledge in Supply Chain management, PCB, and networking fundamentals.
- DevOps & Collaboration: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of contributing to high-performing, collaborative engineering teams.
- Observability & Security: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk) and secret management practices (e.g., Conjur).
- AI Orchestration: Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) to build and deploy robust RAG-based applications.
