What You'llDo
- Collaboratedirectly with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to deeply understandbusiness goals, operational workflows, data landscapes, and technicalconstraints.
- Design,build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, integrating core AI platforms intocustomer systems and workflows.
- Translatecomplex business problems into viable AI solutions, focusing on where AI agentscan augment or replace manual processes.
- Developand maintain robust, scalable AI-powered systems, ensuring efficiency,reliability, and seamless integration with existing IT frameworks.
- Implementmulti-agent systems and advanced AI solutions, utilizing techniques such asprompting, memory management, tool usage, and behaviour planning with LargeLanguage Models (LLMs).
- Rapidlyprototype and productionize solutions, working with client teams to whiteboardconcepts, build prototypes, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Buildconnectors and data pipelines for secure and efficient data flow between clientsystems and AI platforms.
- Actas a technical solutions expert, providing troubleshooting, analysis, andsupport for AI-driven architectures.
- Providetraining, documentation, and enablement to client business and operationsteams, fostering self-sufficiency and adoption of AI tools.
- Serveas a critical feedback loop to internal product and engineering teams,influencing the roadmap based on customer insights and real-world deploymentchallenges.
- Leadthe technical delivery of pilot projects and full-scale implementations,ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to performance metrics.
What You'll Need
To performthis job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of theknowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-3years of progressive experience in software engineering, data engineering,applied Machine Learning, or a similar technical role.
- Experiencein a customer-facing, consulting, or implementation capacity is highlydesirable.
- StrongProgramming Language Proficiency: Expert-level skills in at least one modernprogramming language (e.g., Python, Java).
- StrongAI Literacy: Demonstrable understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, includingconcepts like LLMs, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), embeddings, andvector databases.
- Hands-onexperience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), including familiarity withMLOps tooling.
- Experiencewith API design and integration for AI services and enterprise systems (e.g.,Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Solidunderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and agilemethodologies.
- AgenticAI Hands-on Experience: Practical experience in designing, building, anddeploying AI agents or multi-agent systems that exhibit autonomous, proactive,and adaptive behaviours.
- Familiaritywith containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experiencewith data analytics and visualization tools.
- Priorexperience in the commercial real estate or adjacent industries.
