Required Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow platform customization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and production support
