As a Software Engineer at Bespoke Labs.AI, you will work on systems that power large-scale AI training and execution. This is the role where your engineering decisions have direct impact on both production systems and model performance.What You Will Do

• Build and maintain core backend systems for AI training and task execution
• Design and operate scalable, high-throughput services handling millions of tasks per week
• Develop distributed workflows and compute orchestration systems
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers and model engineers to ship end-to-end solutions
• Take ownership of production systems in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

What We Are Looking For

• 2- 3+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
• Experience building and operating systems at scale
• Strong fundamentals in systems design, data structures, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with modern stacks such as TypeScript, Node, Python, databases, and async systems
• Comfortable working in high-ownership startup environments
• Computer Science / CS background from IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or an equivalent top-tier college or university is preferred.
