Software Engineer(Backend) - Merchant

Key deliverables:

1. Design and develop scalable, robust web applications and reusable modules
2. Drive architectural decisions and perform impact analysis for large-scale systems
3. Tune performance and manage full software development lifecycle
4. Lead medium-sized projects and mentor junior team members

Role responsibilities:

1. Solve complex real-world problems through efficient, maintainable code
2. Implement concurrency, multi-threading, and object-oriented design patterns
3. Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define and iterate product features
4. Write clean, unit-tested code and support continuous system improvement
