Software Engineer- Backend (Java)

Java Developer with 5-8 years of hands on experience in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and microprofile frameworks such as quarkus and micronaut. Skilled in developing scalable, enterprise grade applications and integrating cloud technologies to support high volume

• Hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher, with strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming.
• Practical experience in building microservices using Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and basic performance tuning concepts.
• Exposure to microservices architecture, cloud-native applications, and containerized deployments using Kubernetes.
• Experience or academic exposure to MicroProfile frameworks such as Quarkus or Micronaut.
• Basic understanding of Fintech or Digital Banking domains through coursework, training, or project work.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow best coding practices, including clean code principles, code reviews, and collaborative development processes.

Must to have

Hands-on project experience in microservices development using Spring Boot.

Experience with MicroProfile frameworks such as Quarkus (Quarkus experience is an added advantage)

Good to have

Exposure to Big Data applications, tools, or technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or similar platforms.
