As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Roles and Responsibility

• Work with other Engineers in your Squad/ Tribe, Business Analysts, Product Owners and Architects to design and deliver industry leading systems.
• Design and build software that balances the commercial needs of the business alongside delivering the future tech roadmap.
• Actively participate in application and database design, data flows and detailed technical design. Ensure that analysis includes the wider view of technical and business impact.
• Own your code quality.
• Own non-functional requirements around performance, security and scalability to ensure we deliver a great customer experience. Driving best practice around real-time logging, monitoring, alerting.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Overall 10 years of experience into Backend Developer
• 8+ years of experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI frameworks.
• Proven expertise in building and managing microservices-based architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Strong hand on experience of AWS services, especially Lambda.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with SQL database management.
• Good working experience into GitLab, BitBucket, and PyPi package management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with SQLAlchemy ,ansible Automation and Nginx
• Knowledge of Jenkins ,Terraform,Kubernetes,CI/CD pipelines..
• Familiarity with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for logging and monitoring.
• Understanding of Nexus and JFrog Artifactory for artifact management.
• Knowledge with AWS API Gateway for building and managing APIs.
