Key Deliverables:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance web-based applications
  • Drive architecture and performance tuning for distributed systems
  • Lead execution of medium-scale projects with full-stack impact
  • Mentor junior engineers and improve code quality via design best practices

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build reusable modules with clear abstraction and separation of concerns
  • Collaborate with PMs to translate features into scalable capabilities
  • Apply object-oriented design, TDD, and maintain robust backend services
  • Use industry standards for system design, documentation, and deployment
