Key Deliverables

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable web-based applications
  • Build abstractions and high-quality modules with reusable architecture
  • Drive performance tuning and scalability of distributed systems
  • Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams for delivery and optimization

Role Responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient, and tested code using modern OOP practices
  • Handle concurrency programming, multithreading, and large-scale system design
  • Apply Test-Driven Development and performance optimization techniques
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of ownership and innovation
